    • Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea available. Quiet. Exceptional value.
    • Location was great.
    • The coffee was better than most coffee shops. Breakfast was simple but just right.

    Cons -

    • Room and bathroom too small.
    • I was a bit too hot to sleep very well because I couldn’t control the temperature of my littleCapsule. I LOVE having the privacy of a curtain but it was a littleToo heavy for airflow. Also I slipped twice on the metalLadder to my bed. It is such a good and clean layout that I don’t want to complain about these- it was the only thing that wasn’t great.
    • The room is quite small. We booked the same room type as my brother at the same price, but their room was larger and had views on all sides. The floor heating didn’t always work consistently, and the bathroom was also quite small. Breakfast was okay, and guests are only allowed to stay in the common area until 10 PM.

Located right in the heart of Myeongdong, almost directly in front of a church, convenience stores and shopping. We shopped every night. The room had a hot shower, refrigerator, floor heating, and a warm, comfortable bed perfect after a long day out.

The room is quite small. We booked the same room type as my brother at the same price, but their room was larger and had views on all sides. The floor heating didn’t always work consistently, and the bathroom was also quite small. Breakfast was okay, and guests are only allowed to stay in the common area until 10 PM.

The bed is comfortable and all front desk staff are really polite.

The hallways were messy, full of laundry bags and whatnot. In the female toilet, out of 4 stalls, 3 were not only clogged but toilet paper overfilled the bins (there was paper on the floor even). I booked only one night because I needed somewhere to sleep, but i don’t think I’m coming back to this place

The location is great very close to Myeongdong hot spots, and the price was very reasonable.

I wish they had a locker for your belongings so that you can feel more secure leaving your things behind.

    9BatzayaPosted on: 12-28-2025

The location is excellent, and the complimentary breakfast adds significant value.

    Smelly bathroom. Could be cleaner.

    9BatzayaPosted on: 12-24-2025

The location is excellent. I had a private room with an attached bathroom, which was comfortably quiet despite being on a busy street, likely due to its position on the 15th floor.

Moist smell, especially in the bathroom.

We booked this at the last minute after a hotel mixup, and they were very accomodating! We also needed to ask the front desk for a few extra amenities not listed, and they were welcome to let us borrow their stuff so long as we returned them.

The room we got was a bit cramped, but this was okay because we booked last minute.

The location is good. simple breakfast is also good

The toilet is not that clean need to improve.

The location was super good! At Myeongdong market. Super convenient for the traveler. The room was so clean and good. The toilet and bath room also clean. I love how the staffs are fluent in English. I can communicate with them for what I want. And they are so nice. Moreover, the breakfast is the best for this price. They provided even the boiled eggs. They have bread, ham, cheese, milk, orange juice, cornflake and coffee machine. I am a woman as solo trip so it's safe.

The bed makes noise when you turn over.

The hotel truly shines with its service and accessibility. The 24-hour front desk and the fact that the staff can converse well in English were huge advantages (some of them), as was the seamless process of dropping off luggage before check-in. Crucially, the location is unbeatable: it was easy to locate the hotel after getting off the airport bus (alighting at Royal Hotel), and the proximity to the night market, Olive Young, a Lucky Market, and a CU store made daily life incredibly simple (besides other thousands shop at Myeongdong), really close to Busan Jib, a halal food restaurant. For in-house amenities, I appreciated the presence of lifts and a weighing scale for pre-flight packing. The hot shower had good pressure (even on the 14th floor!), and the provision of both a body towel and a face towel was a nice touch. Wifi was super strong! The breakfast, while similar every morning, was satisfying and filling. It included a good selection of staples like: white and brown bread, orange juice, coffee, green tea, cereals, milk, eggs, cherry tomatoes, cheese, slices of ham/beef/chicken (protein), mushroom, and vegetable soup.

The few drawbacks mostly related to the inevitable realities of budget-friendly stays and shared spaces. The most notable issue was noise. I could clearly hear someone snoring at night, and there were disturbances from other occupants making noise around 2-3 am.Regarding the room itself, it was small, with no chair or table, which meant working or relaxing required using the bed (climb onto the bed) or communal areas, but this was expected given the affordable rate.A very minor inconvenience was the hot water; while the pressure was good, I had to wait briefly for the hot water to fully kick in before the shower was comfortable.

This property is in the perfect location. Right in the heart of Myeongdong, is so close to restaurants, shops, and the train station is only a 10-15 minute walk. very convenient.

    Nothing, everything was perfect.

Great location in the heart of Myeongdong, I was able to go in n fro for my shopping haul & at night time foodies trip. No problem with toilet break can just walk back n forth also.Very convenient for shopping and transportation access. The staff were friendly and smooth transaction for the check in check out.Breakfast: help your self?

Not everyday cleaning.Buy your own water. Bring own toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.A little small type of room, was not comfortable with the stair type.I don't like the location of the AC though. The bed not so comfy, good thing only few days I booked then.

    6SergioPosted on: 10-8-2025

    Location was great.

The water heater never worked. Like, constantly we had to call them. For them to go up, do some things, claim it was fixed, and still no warm water. The room was minuscule, ridiculously tiny. The shower/toilet/bathroom could not be over 2 sqm. All the water from the shower would fall in the toilet and make a mess.

People. Room is little bigger than expected.

I got bug bite around my ankle.

I stayed in only females room, as a solo traveler it was a great option, it is the best area in the middle of the touristic places. It was clean and it was great that for the price also included a basic breakfast

It was only girls bathroom which is great but in the floor there were boys

    6ReemPosted on: 9-6-2025

Excellent location, close to subway and attractions. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast, eggs, cheese, jam, peanut butter, juice and coffee.

Horribly uncomfortable beds. The room was also too loud with people stomping feet upstairs, there was no sound proof.

    4hariPosted on: 8-25-2025

Staff were all very kind and happy to help. Room was clean. Location is central for exploring many Seoul locations.

There is a loud rooftop club that played loud club music every night until 1 am (weekdays) or 2 am (on Saturday). It was not possible to sleep until it was over. Not every room has this problem, but I think probably around half of them. I was tired all the time from lack of sleep. The breakfast was difficult to eat, unless you could make do with cold cereal. I could only enjoy toast. Even boiled eggs were bad. Overall, I expected midrange/business class for the money as this is what I get in Tokyo. I don’t know if Seoul is more expensive, but I wish I had spent more so I could rest and have a good breakfast. Thank you to the staff who are really nice.
